1. The learner can choose tutors based on whether they are verified on Proof of Humanity or not in addition to usual parameters like tutors skills and charges. 2. The learner can book a tutor by paying a deposit to Kleros Escrow wallet. If the tutor does not show up as per schedule or other issues exists, a dispute can be raised in Kleros court.
